Walking in Integrity

The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy. Proverbs 12:22 (NIV)
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong morale principles, moral uprightness. These days it is hard to find leaders who walk in integrity. People need to be trustworthy, respectful, responsible, helpful, and patient. Our leaders of today, cannot be called good quality leaders. You may know some leaders who are childish in nature and lack integrity. People with integrity take responsibility for their actions, puts others needs above their own.
Leaders give people the benefit of the doubt and are not accusatory. Good leader’s manifest humility. Having integrity is a positive character trait. You are regarded as being honest and truthful in your actions.
